SHIPPING POLICY & RETURN

The prices listed on our product pages include all price components as well as the statutory value added tax.

The following conditions apply to all products except prints. For these we offer more favorable conditions.

FOR ORDERS WITHIN GERMANY

Shipping costs for orders within Germany are 4,95€.

From an order value of 50€ we deliver free of shipping costs in Germany.

FOR ORDERS WITHIN EUROPE

Shipping costs for orders within Europe are 9,95€.

From an order value of 100€ we deliver free of shipping costs in Europe.

Unfortunately we are currently not able to ship to UK and SUI. Sorry. :(

FOR ORDERS OUT OF EU

We do not offer Shipment for orders out of EU except Switzerland. Please contact us for further information.

DELIVERY TIME

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We ship with the courier company Hermes. The delivery time within Germany is about 2-4 business days after payment verification. If you order on the weekend or on a bank holiday, the delivery may take 4-6 business days. Before Christmas, the delivery time and a high volume of deliveries with the above courier companies may also vary.

We currently do not deliver to countries outside the EU. If you order from a country outside the EU, please contact us. Together we will find a suitable solution for both sides! 

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you want an express delivery, please ask us directly about the possibility and cost of this.

RECLAMATION

If your order or a product is defective or damaged while transit, it is very annoying, but unfortunately it can happen. Please contact our team and send us a picture of the damage or the error. We will check this and then decide how to proceed, e.g. shipping a new product. Also, if you have received a wrong product or your package will be lost while shipment, please contact our team immediately via info@yahyastudio.com.

RETURN PROCESS

If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, it is of course a pity. In this case you can make a revocation. After the arrival of the goods in our warehouse and their inspection, you will be refunded and receive your money.
